SOLVENTS HAVE NO EFFECT!

Spray paint can be cleaned off with any solvent, ajax or similar abrasive.

After 700 hours, all Multicolour images showed no effect when immersed in the following:

  • Kerosene
  • Petrol
  • Methyl Ethyketone
  • Ethyl Acetate
  • Ethyl Alcohol
  • Oil
  • Grease

Other Considerations
  • Clearly legible signs in remote locations with no maintenance
  • Signs have natural reflectiveness and brightness
  • Salt has no effect (ASTM B117 - 85, duration 1000 hours salt spray - no deterioration)
  • Bushfire resistant - can survive temperatures up to 500 degrees centigrade
  • Proven long term exposure
  • Further increase lifetime with basic maintenance
  • After 12 years of full sunshine on beachfronts at various locations, the colours red and green got darker by 3 - 5% with no fading evident at all!

The technology used 'opens the pores' of anodized Aluminium, then 'roughens the walls' of these pores to enable high-stable dyes to be printed into, not onto the anodic layer. A thermochemical sealing process then 'locks in' the dyes and the resultant image possesses remarkable longevity characteristics.

Printing is not limited to solid areas of one colour but can be reproduced from photographs, artwork, or any other sources of illustration.
